Meet Andra
Andra is a qualified Level 4 personal trainer with a rich background in team sports and professional bodybuilding. Raised in a family of sport teachers and coaches, she has sport running through her blood and is on a mission to help people find joy and balance in movement. Andra is equally as passionate about nutrition, ageing gracefully, embracing diverse and colourful foods, and proving that transforming eating and wellbeing practices can be both life-changing and simpler than it seems.
Meet Elias
Dr Sigüenza combines his extensive expertise in quantitative physiology and metabolism with nearly a decade of research in cell signalling and cancer biology. As a passionate climbing athlete, he leverages his knowledge to craft data-driven, bespoke training and nutrition strategies, helping clients achieve results. His strong scientific background and evidence-based approach provide a tailored and effective pathway to success, rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience.
